Marginal volitility in crypto and gold does not negate the upward trend due to a shift in the global monetary order as detailed in the Zerohedge article below. 

Note that the gold chart in the article is not correct in that the dates after 2020 on the right hand side of the chart got chopped off.  Here is an updated chart that makes the point the article is making:

All tiime highs are occuring within a frequency of weeks.  Note the consistent higher step ups.
