Theralase Technologies Inc. is a Canada-based clinical-stage pharmaceutical company. The Company is engaged in the research and development of light activated compounds and their associated drug formulations. The Company operates through two divisions: Anti-Cancer Therapy (ACT) and Cool Laser Therapy (CLT). The technology has been used off-label for healing numerous nerve, muscle and joint conditions. The Company develops products both internally and using the assistance of specialist external resources.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:First step of many big steps...If you're not one that participated in that placement, how is it that you're so sure of that skier?

Why project what you would do (if you even ever had the wherewithal to participate in said PP) onto an accredited investor that quite likely has a better insight and understanding of what this company is doing and where they are at in the process of it, than you do?
