Oncolytics Biotech Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company. Tea leaves...

ONC has almost completely stopped using the ATM.

They total shares issued grew by only 1.6 million shares between March 31st and September 31st.

This is a trivial amount for ONC considering they are bleeding cash and they appear to be on a quick trip to bankruptcy. They are on pace to run out of cash mid 2025.

And yet they leave the ATM untapped.

This can only mean that they are well and truly into late stages of partnership/buyout negotiations.

Well, let's hope!
