Theralase Technologies Inc. is a Canada-based clinical-stage pharmaceutical company. The Company is engaged in the research and development of light activated compounds and their associated drug formulations. The Company operates through two divisions: Anti-Cancer Therapy (ACT) and Cool Laser Therapy (CLT). The technology has been used off-label for healing numerous nerve, muscle and joint conditions. The Company develops products both internally and using the assistance of specialist external resources.

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:First step of many big steps...I've been invested in this company for over 10 straight years, and trust me, I've lived through a lot of PP's and forecasts issued by this company. If the recent PP is in fact closed thats great, it is certainly welcome to see it at a higher price than we have endured the past few years. But to assume that BTD is a slam dunk should not be pumped. I hope it comes through. Seems there are many players now in this particular indication, when 5 years ago there were basically none. That's all I'm going to say,
