RE:RE:Maiden Resource Update

RE:RE:Maiden Resource UpdateDrilling is beginning in a couple of weeks. Some areas require clearing and the driller is running behind, as usual. Wes is actually hoping to have the drilling completed at a very low cost of $6 to $7 per metre. The deposit, and the utilization of this drilling pattern is beneficial from two standpoints. One, it clearly defines between the gold bearing reef, cover rock and basement rock. When it comes to mining the open pit (if the orebody is not directly on surface) the cover rock can be removed (waste rock) and only the actual orebody is taken. Secondly, from the surface the drilling pattern merely extends out with vertical drill holes to following the reefs and define the higher grade zones for exploitation. As with a placer gold deposit in a river the higher concentrations of gold are towards the bottom of the reefs. i.e. 36.5g/t over 31M and 28.7g/t over 20M in channel cuts. I believe $MUX has made a very nice first entry here.
