Please enlighten us - when did Cunninghsam buy almost 1/3 of AMK?????  Public disclosure suggest they bought 0 shares of AMK???

Facts Matter.  ANd guess what?  SInce begining of August, AMK has traded only 6.5% (all exchanges combined) of its outstanding shares!!!!!!!!!  

BTW, if the market expected AMK deal to close, it would be bid 42.5 cents for now.  That 0.5 cent would generate a 15% annualized return as deal is supposed to close in a few weeks!!!

yet here we are at 29 cents......thats a 600% annualized return if bid happens............
