Oncolytics Biotech Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company. It would seem securing a partner/buyout is becoming nothing more than a dream. BP know the ins and outs of this company and one would have expected some kind of offer by now if pela was as advantages as some are suggesting. BP is greedy so one of them would have made a move. One thing is clear they are going to run out of money.
