RE:RE:HR / ARTIS GAP IS ALMOST $2.00

RE:RE:HR / ARTIS GAP IS ALMOST $2.00Yep, I am happy to see the NCIB keep renewing year after year.  The tide of property valuations is just starting to turn in our favour, and as soon as investors stop expecting constant writedowns, the unit price wil pop significantly.   In an ideal world, Samir would be even more aggressive with buybacks and make a SIB, but a relentless NBIC will suffice.

I am preparing a limerick for when the unit price pops, and am wondering whether "short" and "scorch" are close enough to rhyme.
