Obviously so did many others. BRAG has now come forward and said that the search for a buyer (or a merger) is now over.  This news went over like a lead balloon and the SP tanked. Most now know the stock will go back to its old ways (stagnent)...and unfortunately also about 30 percent lower. Management really slipped up bad on this one.
