RE:RE:No Insider BuyDidn't sell. Always seems too cheap and have too many shares to sell without crashing and losing more.. 

Yet every day it keeps kicking me in the butt for not selling. Down 7% over 2 days with today being a flying day for the sector. 

Need to start a buyback here ASAP... Edmonton par prices are actually higher right now than Q1.  Trading >50% below PRQ here... 

Buying shares under $1 seems like a no brainer...
