Herman?  The guy who brought the Port North deal to the table?  What public market experience does he have?  Anyone have any history on that guy? You know, proof that he has any public market experience?  I imagine he held the Coulson family hostage by burrying them in debt "financings", and stealing the company so he could make this sh1te deal.  And now the Korean dude leaves, and VTAl will eat that stock for some time.

This company is farkin lost.
