Its Equipment segment primarily focuses on the design, manufacture, sale and service of proprietary medical devices and software, operating through the Company's subsidiary, VasoMedical, Inc., which in turn operates through Vasomedical Solutions, Inc. for domestic business and Vasomedical Global Corp. for international business, respectively.

Third qtr results....

Holing their own....considering the merger fiasco that used up a chunk of change. Pleased to see that go the way of the dinosaurs. Tax loss selling will beat this up for a bit. Still a good company with good revenues and a solid furure...at least in my opinion.
