Ronald Woo!In what regulated universe does this make sense? "...This company needs to be renamed Hocus Pocus. In April 2024 they have 88M shares at 4 cents for a market cap of $3.5M plus a large amount of debt. They issue shares for debt at a steep discount of 3/4 of a cent then do a new financing with the same debt holder at 3 cents thereby artificially increasing the market cap to $27M. Then they do two convertible debentures but continue to burn through cash. Now they have a market cap of $44M. In what regulated universe does this make sense? ..."
