Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RFK juniorI think buying healthcare right now is a good contrarian trade as I am not convinced RFK will actually get appointed.  I am slowly rolling over my Tesla CC holding as I think the benefit of Musk in that role is questionable to the degree that the stock has risen  Very grateful for the 35% bump, though!
