Going to happen as trump is for it!! Many say new senate leader is not but that will not matter as it is the will of the people. Same as the election was. This is the shakedown before!! Hang tight :)

Advocates are continuing to push Sen. Schumer to advance the SAFER Banking Act and the DOOBIE Act in the lame duck session. Both bills were advanced out of committee in the current session.

I've heard the lame duck session speculation before, TDR (I think). Would be great to see it but I think it may need RFK in place to really have a chance.

Trump has been making moves early, if RFK pushes on Trump prior to end of 2024 then "maybe". Trump and company appear to be making the most of every day that passes.

I'm long hauling on my cannabis investments so I'll be waiting it out regardless
