RE:RE:When will the market catch on? This is MPCT's strategyIt looks like they do it this way so they capitalize just the interest payments, not principal. 

No cash out of pocket during the construction and stabilize period.

Just a quick correction.... we don't pay interest on the loan.  The accrued interest is added onto the loan. Interest and Principle payments start 12 months after stabilization. 


TLDR no we don't pay interest only payments during construction.
