such an easy trade on the long side for the big boys on wall street

dive the 10yr under 4%. then u get reits up 15% especially the ones that fully corrected like DIR, NHW, HR etc

whats the altnerative? try to skunk them to fall low trading ranges?

plus in january youll have some n00bs feeling good and buying anything
