Compare prices of any REIT to 2019 (just before covid) and 2022 (just before the hikes)

now look where they are now

not even in the ballpark

while the markets gained about 50-75% during this time

give me my money back and let me by METAPLANET

These vehicles have been barnone the worst performmers which you would not expect with inflation-hedge in the replacement costs and leasing spreads
