Just did the tire change yesterday it was $79+ tax. Live in Calgary .. but that's still up ..... it was a few years ago as I could've swore it was $59..
Always no doubt anything seems way higher ..

Canada still gonna be in trouble when all of these mortgages in 2025 come good when people were locked in around 2%.

I have two of my own mortgages locked in at 1.79 coming up in 11 months. Either way it's gonna renew much higher than that. Many many people will have the same issues..
