When a stock goes from 40c to $1.15 in three weeks, without any news, there is only one of a few things happen.

- Manipulation

- Manipulation

- A select group of shareholders being provide unannounced upcoming information

- Or all of the above.

This isn't rock science and also isn't the first time this has happened before.
