XRE: -1.50% YTD, VNQ: +6.70%

If XRE was 8% higher itd be $17 now not $15.80 and my porfolio and account balance would be decent

this underperformance just doesnt wanna close to this very day

recall Sept 13 VNQ and XRE had an even YTD performance
