REITS should be in a slow bull market

REITS should be in a slow bull marketIsnt there trillions on the sidelines in cash  and interest bearing money market accounts?

Shouldnt there be a big rotation into riskier assets causing a slow bull run factoring in the 3yr battle on inflation is almost done and the rate will be in target sometime in 2025?

this free-fall trade makes no sense

thats why i stand by my thesis thats its traders and shorts going to town with this
