Artis Real Estate Investment Trust is an unincorporated closed-end REIT based in Canada. Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

I dont like swapping my winners for losers but at this rate its getting ridiculous. PMZ is down 2% from Sept 13 and other REITS like HR/NWH hitting almost 20%

How close to margin call are you at this point? Holding just REITs is not diversified enough so Interactive Brokers will only give you 2x margin instead of the 3x.

So give us an idea of where you're at. 1.8x? 1.9x? 1.99x?
