RE:RE:RE:Q4 FY2024 financial highlights

dont understad how Juan gets so overpaid imho........................he has taken production down from 100,000+ oz a year to 40,000 a year .................how does he still have a job?  let alone millions of RSUs?????

Remember when Juan used to brag ORV was a 100+ producer on the way to 200,000 within a year or two??????.................that was years ago..................and he achieved nothin...........imho

IMHO, a CEO change would put us over $1 in a heart beat......................

And remember, OSP was ready to go when Juan became CEO......................

why is he still there???????????

Nergy wrote: Juan is as usually silent as a brick wall, no whispers, just Spanish rumors.

I think Juan is pretty comfortable sitting layed back knowing he owns ~ 2% of the company and holding ~ 10M RSU with more to come by year end.
Very frustrating for us longtermers, but the end game plan is still the same. Taguas will be sold @ 2-5  BUSD in the 3-6 years time frame.

Larry60 wrote: Nergy, has Juan been blowing sweet whispers in your ear????????

I remember you defending the non-disclosure of  the strike a year ago!!!!

When strik was finally resolved, & disclosed, Juan said "we are pleased to have the new labour agreement providing stability to the unit until the end of 2025."

Is one now back tracking on that????  More excuses?  More non-dsiclosure?????

Time for new management.  long overdue.....imho

Nergy wrote: I'm afraid that discussion with unions, strike threats and partial strike has and will put some pressure on both 2024Q4 and 2025Q1 results but let's see what the Q4 FY2024 financial highlights shows and the 2025 forecast. Let's also hope that we have a long term agreement. It's difficult to operate with Spanish speaking workers/unions since they have the strike threat in the blood.

Let's also hope they have started the ground work at EMIPA, my best guess is that second half of 2025 will be the most prosperous in the company history...... And that the revaluation can start very soon.....
