50 million dollars to construct is CHEAP, cheap.  Just a small battery plant costs 250 mil to construct.  Not only does Electrovaya have a building but their cell assembly process is different.  They use their own patented dry (Environmentally friendly) process.  They do not use the hazardous solvents everyone else uses and have to dispose of.  The result is a less expensive assembly process on top of having the best cell in the industry.  The result will be the best cell at a good price.  How can you beat that?   And the clock is ticking......
