Despite whatever media or narrative there is around trump being bad for inflation and bonds, I think the opposite will come true. Maybe bonds dumped due to the "risk on" trade with him winning

I think he will get lower inflation and lower rates, a booming economy and real estate, and REITS will come back in 2025 due to him.

I could be wrong, but biden and mr powell with his power trip didnt get the job done, at least not enough

MAKE REITS GREAT AGAIN.
