  • If the ball and SAG mills are being installed now, don't the floatation circuits have to be installed next?
  • How much more equipment has to be installed on this circuit? And how long do you think it will take for them to have everything installed before the ramp up phase can commence?  Do you think they will have everything done by end of March 2025?

- Mills ?
The last 12 IIF Lewis said the mills were in or near a "soft commissioning" stage. Which to me means Metso will test the drive motors, sensors for the trunnion bearinggs and make sure the plants control room data is good.
Next will be a wet run, then a added ore and ball input run wich might be the first 640kt then increase to the full 1.2 mil ore input for a short while.
In order to test and at full capacity, the rest of the process plant needs to be operational.
- Flotation ? (not floatation).
These items are not high tech, and might be already installed.
As I said in the past the flotation process that Almonty will use is to do with the chemical soup and how long to cook it.
- How much more equipment needs to be installed ?
All of it.
You cant test a mill at full load then dump the product on the ground, so everything needs to be on line.
- Your last questions on how long ?
I dont know.
