I agree that they cannot sell their shares on the open market.  Whether a buyout or a follow on share issue, they will wait to get their price.  Also, penny stocks are a real hassle to buy

I dont think, from my experience that a Company like Deutsche R. would ever get involved in taking a large position in a developing mining company (penny stock) with the idea they will be selling

When they say a package, I suspect they will have to sell the lot as either a private placement or a bought deal of some sort.  They can't just sell on the exchange

The bank is probably concerned with the lack of liquidity for their shares.  They own over 50 million shares.  Looking at our volumes that will be a real problem should they decide to divest
