Hope springs eternal

Hope springs eternalDevco (which Elemental Energy purchased) currently holds a minority interest in NP B.C. Offshore Limited Partnership (“LP”).

Oceanic is the general partner and major limited partner in LP, which is the entity that is furthering the development of the Hecate Strait project.  I assume Oceanic holds the development rights previously owned by Northland power.

Seems like Oceanic is still in charge.

Joe Houssian has Elemental Energy and around 23% of Oceanic.Obviously he wants things to pan out. Been around for many years at the Board meetings.

I hope his optimism is well placed. Have to get it right the first time and on many fronts. That's the challenge. Joe has the vision (as with Intervest) and Mike has the resume to deliver projects on time and budget. First Nations can bring them together.

Oceanic a penny stock for many years. But then Apple Computer was 10 cents a share in 1982. A few saw the potential early on.
