XRE would be at $17.40 now, not $15.68, which equates to a 3% pullback, if it performed the same as VNQ since then. That is absolutely gross. I could potentially be 100k+ richer and making some retirement plans, except Im trying to buy back these reits that are a fallling knife and built a position in Dream Industrial from $13.75 to $13 to $12.59 last purchase today.
