This segment includes its wholesale business, which buys and sells local telephone, long-distance, data, and other services from or to resellers and other carriers.

That's not a hunch. That's wishful thinking.

The anaylsts base their price targets on numbers, and yes we can make fun of them all we want when we disagree with them, but the truth is, they know more than us.
