Woulfe’s properties are located in Gangwon Province, Republic of Korea. The Woulfe's operations relate primarily to the exploration, evaluation and development of the Sangdong Project.

i agree with you, there are ways to minimize any negative impacts on the share price and minimize dilution to current assets.

- create a SPV for the moly project
- spinoff into a dedicated company
- create a JV

since the moly project is backed by cashflow creating assets, I see numerous options...

there should be no excuse for no share price increases into the dollar ranges once shandgong starts producing.
