RE:RE:Eric Nutall - BNN - HOLDI believe WEF have the votes to push this through or they wouldnt be demanding all the seats on the board.  They only need 50%
We know they own 43% but we dont know what all their joint actors together own personally.
As you menttioned, they are not new at this.
NEF owned 2.8M shares 94%) as end of Sept.  Not sure what that number is today.
Maybe this puts a floor on the shares and like all energy names, will go up if price of Oil goes up but may not come down as much if Oil price moves lower.
Or maybe starts moving lower once investors digest it more.
If we see that it keeps going up, then someone is digging in for a fight and hold out longer for fair valuation.
All depends as an investor where you believe the best upside is in energy names.
Could you make a better return moving the money to another energy name?
