RE:RE:RE:Maybe a dumb question ?Ignoring taxes (and mkt conditions), it should drop by the exact amount of the distribution on the ex date. But I suspect some taxable holders will buy back in after selling, so might not drop quite as much.

TD has a $4.25 target, estimating that the rest of the portfolio will be sold near IFRS, relatively quick. I'm holding on.

(I don't think CAR, the majority shareholder, would attempt to sell some to avoid tax. Too big a position, subject to insider trading restrictions, etc)
