If the postal strike was an issue, they should have disclosed that before the meeting.  In fact, they would have had to adjour to a later date but there is no reason to do so......Votes were supposed to be received by last week and only a miniscule amount, if any, votes would have been affected.  If vote was razor thin, I could see it theoretically being a potential issue...........but no way was the YES vote razor thin.............I'd guess 94% in favour.
