If the vote is a yes what I would like to see in the NR

If the vote is a yes what I would like to see in the NRIn the next new release, probably due today or tomorrow if the vote was in favor of the sale, i would like to see these 3 points addressed to give us a ballpark of the finality  of the transaction

1. The amount of time ballpark to get this approve from the BC court . (This could take 2 to 3 week)
2. The amount of time also to have the regulator approve this also agfter the court has approved.
3. The ball park delay to have the transaction  finalize after all approbation from point 1 and 2
