you are correct in what AMK said in  circualr.  They clearly factored in the type of "deal" &"buyer" they are dealing with here by given themselves more than enough time.....

It would usually be all wrapped up within a few days imho.......basicaly 1 day for court approval and a couple of days to get the money to transfer agent and ready to go to SHs.........

Can Cunninghsam come up with $210 million in the next 10 business doubt?  I clearly dont think so. To each their own....

From what I can see, grab you book

1. The amount of time ballpark to get this approve from the BC court . (This could take 2 to 3 week)
Page 21 says court date 29th November

2. The amount of time also to have the regulator approve this also after the court has approved.
Page 20-21 that is the vote

3. The ballpark delay to have the transaction finalize after all approbation from point 1 and 2
Page 24 timing effective date mid December 2024


Also Page 52 depository agreement, the other question you didn't ask
