Looks like Assets planned to be sold at a huge loss. I mean HUGE LOSS.

I could be wrong, I'm no accountant. But if Assets held for sale $35.6 Billion, Associated liabilities only $22.8 Billion, I'm guessing the difference will be a hit to Equity !!!!

What's that? Close to $10 Billion !!!!!!?????
