Ciao: Thanks for posting the contract. So, it looks like I was wrong. The equipment is not free of charge but subject to a $150 monthly charge on top of the 60% Bus Patrol cut from the fines. Mind you, this $150 fee is forgiven if the 40% school board cut doesn’t cover it but if we assume that it does over the 5 Year contract period, Bus Patrol gets $9,000 per bus plus their 60% cut which should make it quite profitable for them.
