Thanks DZ for bringing me up to speed. And, holy, man, it sounds like some accounts on here need some serious therapy lol.

I'm a generalist investor who has gone heavy into oil / gas and financials mostly in the past. I do have positive experience with REITs and am slowly dipping my toes back into the sector as rates come down.

We'll see how it goes. And it helps to know who's who in the zoo. Thanks again and cheers!

To bring you up to speed, sadly there is one poster who has multiple accounts (characters) that include gr (the total fool that posts ad nauseum, mostly to garner attention and seek reactions from others), tj (who pretends to be an economist but clearly isn't and tends to want to torment other posters, has no life), snake (embarrassed himself so bad he actually swore he was leaving the board for good only to resurface next day as gr), baby bunny (who generally appears harmless but hilariously actually supports gr's ineptness and posts while pretending to be arms length from that character and semi recently Reitman ( who just randomly posts once in awhile in agreeance with gr so you know its him/ them also as no one in their right mind would).

I am probably missing others but am busy getting ready here, actually no longer have any idea how many accounts this idiot created as they actually pretend to post to one another and give thumbs up each character. For all I know, could actually be other characters whom I have had communications with unknowingly. He/they are known on other boards for same bs, sad but true. A good number of posters have now left because of this. Oh yes Scrooge also...........this is such a waste.
