Insider sales reported thus far

Insider sales reported thus farLooks like an insider (VP Marketing and Innovation) viewed earnings release as a liquidity opportunity to unload shares. With the blackout out of the way, shares hit the market bids. Earnings looked good to us, drop in share price the next day was due largely to insider sales. Optics don't look good. The sale occurred the day after earnings was released and represented a whopping 40% of the volume.
