RE:WOWGorilladome47 ,
Now it's China that is attempting to pull a Pearl Harbor?
You certainly have an odd way of viewing history of conflicts amongst America and Asia situated countries.
You do understand that tariffs on goods impoerted into America are paid by the importing entities, yes?
All tariffs The Donald and crew elect to place of products being imported into the U.S. by and on behalf of U.S. situated manufacturers are immediately impacting by way of immensely increased costs to production specific inflation being experienced by U.S. based corporations and ultimately the end consumers of such manufactured products, namely "The Peoples of America".
EVs are already unaffordable to purchase and maintain for the overwhelming majority of Americans.
All the investments on behalf of the U.S., both public and private, in giving birth to, building up and sustainably growing a U.S. based and anchored North American battery materials industry supply chain, which given very rough estimates total in excess of $1.8 Trillion by the U.S. Government alone, would stand to be wiped out.
I am not even calculating and adding to said very rough estimated figure what the Governments of and corporations from Canada, Mexico, Korea, Japan, various top EU member states have invested and are to invest in a global critical elements bearing lands development and critical elements mining operations, battery materials development and manufacturing and battery cells manufacturing capacity; all that which supports the existence of what can be likened to "an animal" of a global industry that all developed nation economies and to an extent emerging markets economies have become dependent on.
Within the first 18 months, possibly within the first 100 days of The Donald's presidency following his inauguration, there would be more personal wealth, savings and investments destruction and resulting transfer of wealth into the hands of persons and their corporations that collectively went out and purchased themselves yet another U.S. President.
To your point about GM, Ford and other either full battery- electric or hybrid battery-electric powered automotive manufacturers "caring", which is an understatement to say the least, I will state that the representatives of such automotive manufacturing companies, both ICE powered and battery-electric powered vehicles, have already taken preemptive action to provide for their natural graphite derived SCPG anode materials for the foreseeable future.
I suspect not one of such OEMs was interested in attaching it's wagon to a LDI graphite mine hosting a historical graphite reserve which is eather the closest it's ever been to entire depletion or is perhaps today entirely depleted.
Hugues Jacquemin merely talks his lying talk, this whilst ensuring to entirely milk dry from this previously secured cash cow all monies raised by and on behalf of the company and provisioned by "Sprott".
If Eric Sprott and friends, Sprott", wants to have this company's share price do something perhaps quite noticable, I'd suggest Eric Sprott and friends, "Sprott", had better forthwith get to it; either that or "Sprott" should put this company and Hugues Jacquemin et al out of our respective misery, so to speak.
