RE:RE:RE:Shorts read carefully Caisse is in it to fund the growth of firms based in Quebec in its mandate, just like it did with WSP, Atkins, Gildan and possibly now with Andrew Lutfy's Garage/Dynamite Group. It will invest and own the infrastructure asset for a fee. Caisse will never let down BCE just like it never let down Atkins. You have a big player in the background here. Remember.
