RE:Sell Alberta for $2B - Tax Free ROC + Plant/develop Oak

RE:Sell Alberta for $2B - Tax Free ROC + Plant/develop OakThe only issue is the BC, it is not the same friendly enviroment for energy as Alberta.

Often times projects get delayed, it can be slow to get drilling licenses, and you have to grease some palms to get things done, approvals, hiring practices, council concerns.

My guess is that Wembley could fetch a pretty good number all buy itself, leaving a lot of cash flowing land in Alberta, and Oak.

Oak is massive, and maybe it would be two plays split down the middle.

I think in not to long here we are going to hear that Albright is operational, and that will make a major difference to KELT in terms of CF.

My concern about selling Wembley is that it is multizone, and the well costs look pretty reasonable when you look at the liquids produced.

Kelt has got a number of good things on the go, it has been tuff for me to sit on my hands waiting, but i have been involved in a few other things..

It has been a long wait, but i think we are going to be rewarded here very shortly.

This Wembley/Pipestone play is obviouly the kind of play that gets the attention of Majors. The good thing is David Wilson know how to sell a play to the majors, with a bow on top.

They are making progress every day, and we will see thing happening in Wembley and Pouce Coupe, Spirit River all in the same year here.
