The average non farms payroll to be in line with historical trends is 150k to 200k. Anywhere in that ballpark. Keep
in mind that in October we only had a gain of 36k jobs added due to weather disruptions. 

The real number to look at is the household survey data. The unemployment rate ticked higher in spite of lower labour force participation rate.
