RE:RE:RE:5 Questions Yep you can stick a fork in this one.  It's done.  Does it make any sense to talk about a company with a revolutionary new technology except they don't quite have enough money to file financials from almost 3 years ago.  It bothered me that they didn't pay too much attention to even defending themselves against the sever lawsuit apparently. But the more I thought about it the more I wondered if maybe they thought why should we spend money to defend ourselves against somebody who can never collect because we will never have a product because we don't actually have a process that works...so why defend?

Maybe at one time they thought they would have a process that worked.  Or maybe it could be made to work they figured. But maybe they found out that it doesn't work as expected.  And that's putting a good spin on it by the way, not accusing anybody of anything nefarious other than just incompetence.  But still it's hard to forgive not putting out press releases and letting us know what's going on. There should be some investigation into this, one would hope.
