Goliath Resources Limited is a Canada-based junior resource exploration company. The Company is an explorer of precious metals projects in the prolific Golden Triangle of northwestern British Columbia and Abitibi Greenstone Belt of Quebec. The Company owns 100% of the Golddigger property that covers an area of 52,756 hectares. The Homestake Ridge Deposit (Fury Gold Mines Limited), Dolly Varden Silver Mine (Dolly Varden Silver Corp.), and the Kinskuch Project (Hecla Mining Company) are in close proximity. The Golddigger Property consists of contiguous mineral claims located approximately 30 kilometers southeast of Stewart with tidewater access on Hastings Arm in the Golden Triangle of Northern British Columbia. The Luckystrike Property is located north of Terrace, British Columbia. The Company also owns a 10% interest in the DSM Syndicate projects. It has six mineral claim blocks, totaling 391 mineral claims, under Goliath's Nelligan East Project and Nelligan West Project.

Initial 2024 Drilling Nearly Doubles Bonanza Zone Size

Goliath reported more initial results from the 2024 drill program at the Surebet discovery at its 100%-controlled Golddigger project in the Golden Triangle, B.C. The results are from the Bonanza zone with highlights of: 1) 226.12 g/t AuEq over 1m within 45.60 g/t AuEq over 5.95m (GD-24-249), and 2) 33 g/t AuEq over 37m, including numerous sub intervals of 2.5-4.5 g/t AuEq over 2.5-6m (GD-24-237). We view the initial results from Surebet positively as they continue to demonstrate high grades and appear to have expanded the Bonanza Zone. We are also encouraged the company has identified another style of mineralization at the project with the discovery of an RIRG (Reduced Intrusion Related Gold) system, which suggests proximity to the source of the extensive mineralizing system at the project. We expect this new mineralization to help guide 2025 drilling towards a potential source, which provides significant upside potential at the project.
