RE:EXCITED FOR TOMORROW?

Gary, I have a feeling we will reach bottom - the Final Flush - this week as tax-loss selling pressure abates. With interest rates at a pleasant level, and dropping; a fairly liquid market for commercial building transactions; and a large short position, I would not be surprised to see panic buying of Artis in the weeks ahead. I know it is hard to believe with so many false starts, sucker rallies, and outright betrayals at the hands of the Big Boys, but I think we are finally a "go" for takeoff.
