Why buy high when you can dilute and sell vs the piublic...I'm totally against issuance to third party's and more repricing lower to Insider unless it's infrastructure joint venturing...i doubt you'll ever see the rest average up..i wouldn't...but i won't be facing an AGM either..wonder what happened to MHP?
