Not optimistic REITS will ever recover.

Not optimistic REITS will ever recover.Its the classic example of moving goalposts.  Now powell goes inflation wont be in target to 2027...last year it was 2025...10 year rips for whaever reason....bottom line unless those ultra low 2-3% rates come back like the past decade what can we expect?

Look at D.UN, NWH.UN, AX.UN that spent last couple years trying to sell stuff and have a better balance sheeet.  zero recovery based on the charts after 3 years
